my takeaway there's no playbook to run an apple/airbnb-size company in founder mode like steve or brian, esp. from those who're just managers themselves, or haven't done what they're preaching what makes the effective founders of such scale are just the constant experiments

spot on insight. what gets assessed gets learnt - the point isn't to counter ai, but even with ai, what & how one can perform & demonstrate the desired behaviours or understanding that really matter
