just a second thought: personally, i don't think that not having personalised plans towards our goals is the biggest roadblock of people reaching their goals but more about: what goals they are after, whether they actually take the needed actions & the persistence of figuring…— Ritchie Wong (@ritchiewlc) March 15, 2025

my takeaway there's no playbook to run an apple/airbnb-size company in founder mode like steve or brian, esp. from those who're just managers themselves, or haven't done what they're preaching what makes the effective founders of such scale are just the constant experiments
